8 steps to negative thoughts into positive beliefs

We can always choose to perceive things Differently. You can focus on what's wrong in your life or you can focus on what's right. –

You are responsible for your own reality. You can view a given situation or period in your life, on 2 ways: either you see the positive side, either you see only the negative side. The 'glasses' with which you are viewing this situation is almost always colored by your way of thinking. Positive thoughts attract other positive thoughts. On the other hand, negative thoughts contribute to a feeling of dissatisfaction and disappointment. Therefore it is very important to your negative thought to convert. Here are some general patterns of thinking. Becoming aware of these patterns is essential and necessary to your negative thoughts into positive beliefs.

1. Stay away from "all-or-nothing" thinking

If we get lost in the "all-or-nothing" thinking, we see things in black and white perspective, with little room for the things in between. By something more "gray" thinking, we get a fresher perspective that shows us that more opportunities exist.

To an emotionally healthy life, our emotions are nicely balanced. Words as always, never, impossible, terrible and perfect are rigid and leave little room for interpretation or for flexible thinking. If you have something more alive and thinks from the center, you have already put a first step in a more balanced way of thinking (and life).

2. Avoid the temptation to over-generalize

About generalization is the thing that makes that if 1 thing goes wrong or wrong, that you believe or think that everything that follows is also doomed to failure.

You never listen to me.
Everyone thinks I'm stupid.
She always thinks she's right.
I always get the boring chores chosen.

Words like never, always, everybody ... are popular with this way of thinking. Actually, over-generalization in a different way of negative thinking. Think again about your words and reformulate you think. Try the circumstance in a positive way to see. "You never listen to me" you can reframe to "I have found you not now listen to me, there are enough moments that you have paid attention." This reframing is probably nearer the truth and less exaggerated. That other person will feel more inclined to think about your opinion then when you say "You never listen to me."

3. What do you prefer? Equal or happiness?

I know someone who is very stubborn. And sometimes he must pay the price. Because of his stubbornness, he misses opportunities to certain things from another angle. For this person it is important to be right than to whose inner reassurance to experience. (Happiness). The need to be right creates more negative thoughts because we (unconsciously) resist the question out there in the first place. For inner peace and happiness, it is sometimes necessary to get everything behind us, things of you off.

4. Change your mental filter

If we are not careful, can persistent pessimism habit be. Chronic negative thinking is the way you look at things. The glass is then always half-empty. You can change your mental filter by positive thoughts order. Try to see the good of every opportunity or event. The long queue at the supermarket might be a good opportunity to talk with you child / partner to chat. This stressful time at work may be the trigger to take a closer look at your own whose inner strength. The proverb "with lemons make lemonade" is the perfect reminder to reflect on your own mental filter.

5. Wait for your decisions

If you are confronted with an unpleasant event, please take the time to breathe deeply. Take a step back, oversee the entire situation and try to get the full picture view. Ask yourself "What is the rest of the story." See your story or situation through the eyes of the other party. This way you can reduce your own negative thinking.

6. Stop using "I"

Because often the words "I" to use your judgment actually very negative about your own actions and behavior.

I'd better have more time to spend with my family.
I would more often by my parents to go long.
I would be eating healthier.

With this "Should" statements suggest you make that your current condition or status is not enough or sufficient. These are negative thoughts that you keep away from the positive mindset. With this "would be" way of thinking, you limit yourself to the other solutions to see.

7. Become aware of your emotional thought

Who knows Spock, the character from Star Trek? Whatever the situation, he always thinks logically and rationally. Fortunately we are not all so. We use our emotions as we think. Yet it happens that we react emotionally, especially when we are dealing with a confrontational situation with our little lace. It is very important to know that you, in spite of this confrontation is certainly not inferior. It just means that you, just that short time, have a certain mentality. This attitude does not stipulate your whole personality. This sounds a bit harsh, but not everything revolves around you.
Fear, suspicion and a little amount of uncertainty worry sometimes that we are convinced that the reaction of others, directly applicable to ourselves. If someone in your workplace comment on your work, then that is probably well founded. Your work can be adapted and improved. It does NOT say that YOU must change.

8. Stop looking through magnifying glass

You have perception (perception, a look at something) and you have reality. As these two begin to change, the negative thoughts start to come. A good way to get both feet on the ground to stand for a situation to watch as she really is, instead of your feelings. If you have a situation through the magnifying glass, then give you increase the problem, you will ensure that the situation or the problem is even bigger than it actually is.

Celebrate the good things happen to you. Ignore or minimize them not very. Setback, a failure, and other obstacles you can not avoid. They are part of life. Therefore you do on days that everything goes well, enjoy the things. How small they are, appreciate it. Like attracts like. Positive thoughts and happiness to attract the same.

Tips To become a healthy eater

Healthy eating - so many people find difficult. Fruits and vegetables have fierce competition from finished products, but apparently not only are convenient to prepare. They taste much better. But they are also healthy? Get to improve on nature - I'll show you how easy it is.

Fruits and vegetables keep you fit and slim

  • Variation needs to be. Everyone has his favorite dish, but you should not have standing as the only permanent meal on your menu. Change is good, and the only way to get all the vitamins, minerals and trace elements you need. Once or twice a week should you put fish in your diet. Vegetables and fruit each day should come to the table, meat and meat more than twice per week.
  • Eat plenty of whole grains. With the included fiber to keep your digestion going. In addition, the long-chain carbohydrates are digested slowly in whole grains. The degree of saturation is preserved long, the insulin level is not driven upwards, so that you do not have food cravings.

  • Sausage, eggs and meat are of course not strictly forbidden, but be moderate: frequent than twice per week should not have these foods in your diet.

4 important time management skills

There are several skills that are important in time management. Managing this skills always gives you an advantage, whether you are an existing time management system with a system that works or you’re self, from experience, you own.

Eliminate doubts

Definiteness and definiteness is an important skill you can learn.. It is important that you decide depending on your priorities.

What do you do NOW? Where are you NOW doing?

Decide quickly and decisively and do not waste time with doubts. If you find it difficult to resolute decisions, start practicing with the less important decisions. (Some may not even make decisions when they are looking for a restaurant).

Learn to decide within 60 seconds.
If you do it regularly, you are getting better and get more self-confidence. You can start with this 60-second rule in situations with your family. It can not hurt you in the beginning can not readily decide. Just keep practicing.

Work on a particular method

It can sometimes be boring to certain routines or methods to follow but it is a productive way of working.
Benefits of routines and methods
  • They eliminate certain decisions (see quote above)
  • Certain tasks and actions do almost on autopilot
  • Routines save you time

Stop Multi-Tasking!

Sometimes multitasking work.
  • You can listen to the radio while you cook.
  • You can read your mails while you're waiting in line at the checkout stands.
  • You can take your agenda while you wash your hair in the shower.

But in general, is multitasking while working on a task or project, counter-productive.
Work your duties in order of importance. Do not start the next task when one is ready.

Set Priorities

Another important time management skill is learning to prioritize certain tasks. You must learn to decide what business you must first finish.

This skill goes hand in hand with the above skills. If you work in a routine or method, then you should know that the tasks on this list, do not fall under priorities. If you make decisions, you should also consider what is important and what is not.

What tasks do you like? What do you decide?

The more you practice in determining your priorities and making decisions, and the better you get, the faster you can.

Start with the tasks that the key phrase.

Start it and kill them.

4 ways to look the way you sleep

There is much literature with tips and tricks to find a good night's sleep, but more importantly what I think is a good way to fall asleep. To close your eyes and your mind to rest. With this approach in the main, I have written some tips to relax and gently fall asleep.

Try to sleep alone if you're really tired.

This is actually not as obvious as it sounds. Many people go to bed because it's time. Not because they are tired. There are plenty of reasons why they do this:
  • "If you do not get time to sleep, you sleep too short"
  • "Everybody has a certain hour at once to bed."

Yet it is a prerequisite for falling asleep, that you also really tired are. What do you do if you're not tired? You start to think (100,000 examples enough), you begin to toss and eventually you're still awake than you was before. So .. if you're not really tired, do something quiet. Do not sit behind the computer or watch television. The images make your brains remain in ACTION mode. Instead, read a book or listen to beautiful, peaceful music.

A bit tired can not hurt

A good night sleep is very important, everyone knows that. It makes you happy, energetic, balanced and healthy. Yet we are all so focused on our 8 hours of sleep per night, that we forget that sometimes a few hours less really can not hurt. Okay, you might just be tired, if you know what sleep deprived, but not often as long as this happens, it is not so bad.

Early bird or night owl?

I like going to bed early to get up early again? Or do you feel better if you late in the evening makes? And then the morning a little longer stay in bed? It makes everyone really: an early bird feels uncomfortable with each other after late nights sleep. Our current world discriminates against the owl (although quietly changes), it is not always easy to reconcile this rhythm to be a busy day job. Yet, try as much as possible to find your own rhythm and apply.

Try a (crude) sleep routine maintenance.

I do not mean strictly at specific times to get up and go to bed. (See my first one). Yet it is important to have a certain routine. If you regularly at the same time going to sleep and wake up - with a clearance of about 1 hour then your body just this. This way you will also be receptive to fall asleep when you go to bed. If you get up very early during the week and on throughout the weekend, sleeping in, then you will have difficulty every Monday again.

Do you find it hard to evening to fall asleep? Or you lie sometimes for an hour tossing and turning?

Some important Job Interview tips

Job Interview

It is not to specify exactly how you should conduct an interview and what you would have to withdraw. This is because each function and each employer is different and have different demands on the candidates. Yet there are some general tips that can help you call in your interview. Below is an overview.

Not only is the interview

Focus your attention not only on the interview itself, but also the rest of the company. Leave a good impression with the receptionist and other employees of the company. It may well be that their impression is taken into account in assessing the candidates. Moreover, it is your future colleagues.

Talk respectfully about your former employer

Perhaps you have very bad experiences with your previous employer. Yet it is not advisable that too much hinted. This allows the interview to give the impression that you will soon be over as the new employer can let go. Do you want to do anything about lost, then try to talk about in terms of differences. For example, that you regretted that certain things were not possible with the previous employer and new employer that you are so appealing because those things are possible here. Such as working part-time or opportunity to grow within the company.

Prepare for the FAQ

Obviously, during a job you geprek many questions are asked, because they want more information on your resume, and because the employer wants to know what the company does to you. It is very useful to advance thinking about the answers to these questions during the interview so you do not have to think too much. Most questions are:
  • Why have you applied for this job?
  • What do you expect from this company?
  • Why did you quit your last job?
  • Why you should choose this job?
  • Name your two best and two worst characteristics you.
  • What speaks to you in this position?
  • How would you describe ex-colleagues?
Many questions will be made on the basis of your resume. This fact is often used to guide the interview taken. Be also prepared for questions about gaps in your CV or unfinished study.
Depending on the function may also be that a case study is presented and that you want to know how you would act in such a case.

Self-questioning

A good preparation for questions to come is important. But the opposite is also important that you have questions. This shows you the interview well prepared and that you are interested in the company. Questions you might ask for example are:
  • Is it a new function within the company or do I replace someone else?
  • How many colleagues working in the department where I come to work?
  • Are there opportunities to attend courses or training?
  • How is the atmosphere in the department?
  • When the last interview conducted?
Show that you have prepared well. Ask no questions that you might know the answer. For example, what your business is and how many people in total work.
